Growing up, I took photos of my cats, flowers in the backyard, and all my friends. I was told that I should photograph professionally, that I could and should sell my photos, so I have taken on just that challenge. Beginning with my family's Kodak 110 film camera, disposable cameras, and my father's 1970s Minolta taught me to value each frame.

I took every photo class my high school offered in order to work with their equipment. Through university, I continued to shoot everything I saw, across the US and during my travels in Scandinavia. That would prove excellent practice for the moment I bought my first DSLR. This camera brought the quality of my photos up to the level that made me finally appreciate the skill I'd developed.

I moved to South Korea after university to teach and travel, I later studied photographic

theory and history formally, and through all this I've had the chance to travel and

experience many amazing places in the world. Over the years I've developed

my viewpoint and aesthetic by studying, emulating, and producing.

This site will serve to display my best work.
